Developed the core economic model and global value dossier for a first-in-class targeted therapy. Addressed severe evidence gaps in the control arm through an unanchored matching-adjusted indirect comparison (MAIC), resulting in a positive recommendation.
Led the strategic evidence synthesis for an orphan drug with highly immature overall survival data. Structured the surrogate endpoint validation to meet strict IQWiG methodological requirements, securing added benefit status.
Redesigned a failing global Markov model to account for local treatment pathways and specific PBAC pricing constraints. Conducted extensive scenario analyses to isolate the most cost-effective sub-population for restricted listing.
